As technology continues to progress so do we, recently we invested in a new "Miracle System" to help with removal of dents and damage to panels. This helps us to ensure we can repair more panels quicker and more efficient.
As you can see from the before photos of the vehicle, it had suffered from some heavy damage to the rear of the cab.
In this instance the panels had to be replaced, we removed the damaged panels, straightened and strengthened the area, then we fitted the new replacement panel.
Once this had been done we then repainted the cab and applied graphics to ensure the cab was back to its former glory.
In order to keep the costs down, productivity high and prevent as much down time as possible in the current climate we managed to repair all but one of the panels on this vehicle.
By doing this we managed to prevent the customer having a valuable vehicle of the road for longer than was necessary.

Panel Replacement
On occasion we may replace a panel instead of repairing it. It may be a case of the panel is damaged beyond repair or makes financial sense to replace.
As you can see from the example below this is a very straightforward procedure and hugely effective. Sometimes you may not be able to get a side panel of a van for example to look like new, when this is the case we would replace with a new panel.
